About Diagnex

Built to hold healthcare together.

Diagnex is an integrated healthcare infrastructure and care-delivery company built around one simple idea: the patient journey should stay connected across people, services and time.

What Diagnex is

Healthcare infrastructure that follows the patient.

Diagnex connects qualified care management, doctors, hospitals, care at home, kidney care, pharmacy, diagnostics and healthcare technology into one coordinated patient journey.

01
Care deliveryServices organised around what the patient actually needs.
02
Care coordinationA qualified point of continuity across people, services and next steps.
03
Clinical autonomyDoctors retain clinical authority. Coordination does not replace medical judgement.
04
Infrastructure over timeThe model is designed around continuity, governance and the next step in care.
Positioning

Not another healthcare marketplace.

Diagnex is deliberately not positioned as a disconnected catalogue of healthcare providers or services.

Not a nursing agencyCare management is not the same as simply supplying staff.
Not an aggregatorThe model is built around coordinated delivery, not a directory of vendors.
Not doctor replacementClinical decisions stay with appropriately qualified treating professionals.
Not software-onlyTechnology supports the care-delivery system; it is not the product by itself.
Healthcare legacy

A foundation that began in 1995.

The 1995 healthcare legacy belongs to the Lakhotia Diagnostics lineage in Howrah. Diagnex carries that healthcare experience forward into a broader coordinated-care model.

The operating model

One journey. Clear next steps.

The model is deliberately simple from the family's perspective, even when the underlying healthcare journey is complex.

01
Understand the needStart with the patient's situation rather than a service catalogue.
02
Coordinate the right careA qualified care-management layer helps organise the journey.
03
Connect doctors and servicesCare remains connected to appropriate treating professionals and services.
04
Track what happens nextThe next step does not disappear between one provider and another.
05
Keep authorised family informedCommunication supports continuity without replacing clinical authority.
Care Managers

One qualified point of coordination.

Diagnex Care Managers are qualified ANM/GNM nursing professionals who help maintain continuity across the patient journey by observing, coordinating, documenting and keeping authorised family members informed.

Care Managers coordinate and observe within their professional competence. They do not diagnose, prescribe or alter medication.

Built with boundaries

Coordination without crossing clinical lines.

The Diagnex model makes healthcare easier to organise while keeping professional responsibilities clear.

01

Doctor autonomy

Treating doctors retain clinical authority. Diagnex does not position the Care Manager as a substitute for the doctor.

02

Patient privacy

Website enquiries are kept separate from clinical records, and sensitive health information is handled only through appropriate care workflows.

03

Operational accountability

Service availability is confirmed against the actual requirement and locality.
