These Terms & Conditions govern use of the Diagnex corporate website and, where applicable, enquiries, bookings, invoices and online payments made to Carehorizon Health Private Limited.
The applicable seller address, GST registration and invoice details are shown on the relevant invoice or payment request.
By using this website, submitting an enquiry, accepting a service quotation or invoice, or making a payment through a Diagnex payment link, you agree to these terms together with any service-specific written terms supplied to you. If service-specific terms conflict with these general terms, the more specific written terms will apply to that service to the extent of the conflict.
Diagnex is an integrated healthcare infrastructure and care-delivery company. The corporate website describes care coordination, Care Plans, Kidney Care, Home Hemodialysis, care at home and other healthcare-service categories. Exact scope, clinical eligibility, locality, staffing, scheduling, pricing and fulfilment are confirmed before a service is accepted.
A page on the website does not by itself constitute confirmation that a particular service is available to a specific patient or locality.
Website content is general information and does not diagnose, prescribe or replace patient-specific advice from an appropriately qualified treating professional. Care Managers coordinate and observe within their professional competence; they do not independently diagnose, prescribe or alter medication. The website and ordinary contact channels are not emergency-response services.
Healthcare services may depend on clinical appropriateness, locality, qualified personnel, equipment, consumables, treating-professional instructions and other operational factors. Diagnex may decline, defer or propose an alternative pathway where a requested service is not appropriate or cannot be safely fulfilled.
Appointment or service times are confirmed separately. A requested time is not guaranteed until Diagnex confirms it.
Customers should retain a copy of the invoice, payment acknowledgement and transaction reference for their records. If a transaction appears debited but is not reflected as paid, contact Diagnex with the invoice/payment reference and do not share OTP, CVV or full card credentials.
Cancellations and refunds depend on the stage of service fulfilment, resources already committed and the nature of the service. The detailed policy is published on the Refunds & Cancellation Policy page and forms part of these terms.
You must not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with website operation, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, misuse enquiry forms, or use the website in violation of applicable law. We may restrict access where necessary to protect users, systems or operations.
The website may link to separate Diagnex subdomains, doctors, partners, payment providers or other third-party services. Their own terms and privacy notices may apply. A payment gateway facilitates payment processing; it does not become the provider of the healthcare service purchased from Diagnex.
Diagnex remains responsible for its services as required by applicable law and the specific service arrangement. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Diagnex is not responsible for losses caused solely by events outside its reasonable control, including third-party network outages, banking-system delays or information supplied inaccurately by the user.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute should first be raised through Diagnex's grievance process so the relevant operational, financial or professional owner can review it. Statutory consumer and other legal remedies remain available where applicable.
For questions about a service, invoice or payment, use Contact Diagnex, Email Diagnex or Call Diagnex. For a formal concern, use the Grievance & Escalation page.
